what's in the cheese bars?

Our Cheese Bars are a purely natural product, made from regional Swiss milk, with a little yoghurt and vegetarian rennet.

What is included in the cheese chips and cheese crunchies?

The Cheese Chips and Cheese Crunchies are made directly from our finished Cheese Bars. The composition is therefore identical.

Where are the Cheese Bars produced?

In the sunny Toggenburg in eastern Switzerland. There our Cheeses Bars are manufactured by hand in a traditional family business with much devotion.

What is the origin of the meat in the cheese bars with beef/bacon?

From Switzerland, 100% ! As for the Cheese Bars itself, where we use exclusively Swiss milk for cheese production, we use pure Swiss muscle meat or Swiss pork bacon for our latest creation "cheese bars with beef / bacon".

What is so special about the cheese bars?

One Cheese Bar of 80g contains more than 2 liters of regional Swiss milk(!), lots of valuable protein and calcium. The particularly firm consistency guarantees a long-lasting chewing pleasure and ensures strong teeth and bones.

Why do the Cheese Bars have a "dotted" surface?

The cream cheese is separated from the whey by means of a cheese sheet and pressed directly into the mould along with the sheet. This cheese sheet has a net structure which is transferred to the Cheese Bars when the residual whey is pressed out.

How should the Cheese Bars fed?

Your dog should be at least 6 months old so that he can chew the Cheese Bar well. Older dogs should have their teeth in good condition. We recommend to feed the Cheese Bars only under supervision and to always provide enough drinking water.

How can I make my own crispy cheese crunchies?

There are 2 possibilities. The easiest way is with our cheese chips. These are already cut into the right size and only need to be in the microwave for 60-90 sec. Small leftover pieces of the cheese bars (2-3cm) can also be put in the microwave for 30-90 sec. Result: irresistibly crunchy cheese crunchies!
